Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By subscribing to our services, you ("the Subscriber") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Subscription Policy. Subscriptions are completely optional, and by choosing to subscribe, you authorize Mara ("the Company") to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as per the terms you selected at checkout.


2. BILLING & PAYMENTS

Automatic Billing:
All subscriptions are billed automatically based on the chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Authorization:
By subscribing, you authorize Mara to automatically charge the payment method on file until the subscription is canceled according to our Cancellation Policy.

Non-Refundable Payments:
All subscription fees are final, non-refundable, and not subject to chargebacks under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to use the subscription benefits

  • Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date

  • Dissatisfaction with the subscription benefits

Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, we may attempt to collect the payment up to three (3) times. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be suspended or canceled at our discretion.


3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at marahealthco@gmail.com.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
If a subscriber cancels after a charge has been processed, they will continue to receive subscription benefits until the end of the paid period, but no refunds will be issued.
Mara reserves the right to reject any cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.


4. NO CHARGEBACK POLICY

By subscribing, you explicitly agree that all charges are final and not eligible for chargebacks or disputes. We maintain detailed records of subscription agreements, billing history, and user activity, which will be provided to financial institutions in the event of a chargeback attempt. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your subscription and access to our services

  • Legal action to recover the disputed amount, including collection agency involvement if necessary

  • Permanent ban from future purchases on our platform


5. LEGAL DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY LIMITATION

No Warranties:
Mara’s subscription services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances will Mara be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the subscription service.

Governing Law:
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country where Mara operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Indemnification:
By subscribing, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Mara harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from your use of our subscription services.


6. MODIFICATIONS TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Mara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription service at any time, with or without prior notice.
If any changes are made to the Subscription Policy, they will be posted on our website, and continued use of the subscription service constitutes acceptance of these changes.


7. FRAUD PREVENTION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Any fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of our terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and legal action where applicable.
Mara reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
