REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is strict, and by purchasing from Mara, you agree to the terms outlined below. We do not offer refunds or returns on any sale items under any circumstances.

Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their exact original condition: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.

Returns must be authorized by us prior to sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be disposed of without compensation.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery via email at marahealthco@gmail.com. Failure to initiate within this time frame forfeits your right to a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree to abide by our return policy, which is visible during the checkout process. We will enforce this policy and provide detailed evidence to banks or financial institutions if a chargeback is initiated. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Proof of your agreement to our terms

  • Proof of shipment and delivery

  • Documentation of communications between you and our support team

Product Variations & Disputes

Please note that minor variations in color, design, packaging, or branding are not considered valid grounds for refunds or disputes. Product photos on our website are for reference only, and actual items may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates or supply adjustments. These variations do not impact the functionality or intended use of the product.

If the product functions as described and serves its intended purpose, the order is considered correctly fulfilled. Aesthetic differences, packaging changes, or updates in design do not qualify as “Not as Described” claims and will not be eligible for refunds, returns, or successful disputes.

For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery is ineligible for return or refund, unless a proven defect is reported within 24 hours of receipt with clear photo evidence.

Product Feature & Variation Disclaimer

All products are sold as functional items intended for their primary advertised purpose. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, minor design differences, model variations, packaging changes, or updates to features (such as color, branding, or additional functionalities) may occur based on supplier or manufacturing updates.

These variations do not qualify as “Item Not as Described” or grounds for refunds or disputes, provided the product fulfills its primary function as advertised (for example, a wireless speaker that plays audio).

For promotional offers, including Buy One Get One deals, any included bonus items or accessories are subject to availability and may differ in design or specifications. The absence of non-essential features, such as magnetic connectivity, a specific color, or optional accessories, does not entitle the buyer to a refund or dispute.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to permanently block your account from future purchases, and any further actions may include reporting fraudulent behavior.
