Shipping policy

PROCESSING

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES (ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES)

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom and Ireland: 7 to 12 business days
  • Rest of world: 7 to 15 business days

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We ship fast, so orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing marahealthco@gmail.com. After that the order is in fulfillment and cannot be stopped. You can still use our Refund Policy.

YOUR ADDRESS

Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address you entered. Reshipping costs are paid by the customer.

DELIVERED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Once the carrier marks your package "Delivered," risk of loss passes to you, and we do not replace or refund packages the carrier confirms as delivered.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days and we will help you file a carrier claim.
  • If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan after 20 business days), we will replace or refund it.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
