SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Fulfillment Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping times range from 6–12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note: These are estimated delivery windows provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, high volume, etc.).

Shipping Options

Customers may select from available shipping methods at checkout based on preference and budget. If no method is selected, the standard option will apply by default.

Delivery Expectations

We kindly ask customers to wait the full 12-business-day window before reporting a package as delayed. Premature claims of non-delivery before this window may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not liable for orders shipped to the address entered by the customer. Please double-check your information before finalizing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days from shipment date, please contact us at marahealthco@gmail.com, and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraudulent claims seriously. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide the shipping carrier, payment processor, and bank with full evidence of order fulfillment, including tracking numbers, timestamps, and delivery confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how we handle return eligibility and processing.

Customs & Duties

Currently, we ship domestically only. Should this change, international customers will be responsible for any customs, import taxes, or duties applicable in their country.


📦 Order Receipt & Claims Policy (For Bundle Orders & High-Value Shipments)

To ensure full protection for both our customers and our team, the following terms apply to all bundle or multi-item orders:

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory for Claims)

To be eligible for any missing item, wrong item, or damaged item claims, the following must be provided:

  • A continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed, untampered package with the shipping label visible

  • The video must clearly show the full unpacking process without cuts or edits

  • The video must be recorded immediately upon delivery — not after the package has been opened or handled

⚠️ We will not accept any claims if the package has already been opened, resealed, tampered with, or if there is no full unboxing video.

📏 Internal Inventory & Verification

We document and verify the contents of every order with our fulfillment team using weight, product scans, and internal tracking slips. If our data shows the correct quantity was packed and there is no video proof to the contrary, we reserve the right to decline your claim.

📪 Packaging Expectations

  • Some items may come in minimalist or eco-friendly packaging

  • Lack of external boxes, QR codes, or specific packaging does not indicate the item is missing or fake

  • Variations in presentation may occur based on shipping provider, warehouse, or location

⛔ False Claims & Chargebacks

Filing a claim or chargeback without proper evidence (unboxing video and untouched packaging) is considered a breach of our terms. In such cases, we will submit all proof — including fulfillment logs and your acceptance of this policy — to payment processors to defend our case.

🧾 Policy Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer automatically agrees to this Order Receipt & Claims Policy. This policy is linked on our product page, in your order confirmation, and at checkout. No exceptions will be made under any circumstance.


📦 Tracking, Delivery, and Chargeback Enforcement Policy (Strict Terms)

Once an order is processed and a tracking number is generated, the order is considered fulfilled and in transit. Tracking may take time to update due to carrier delays, customs, or regional logistics — this does not indicate a lost or undelivered package.

We ask all customers to wait the entire 12-business-day delivery window before reporting any shipping concerns. If tracking appears delayed or inactive within that time, this is normal and not grounds for a refund or dispute.

By placing an order, customers agree to the following legally binding terms:

  • A tracking number = proof of fulfillment. Once a label is created and scanned, your item is officially in the carrier’s possession

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or customs

  • Delivery timeframes are estimated, not guaranteed

  • Tracking marked as “Delivered” is final

  • Disputes without contacting us first will be treated as fraud

  • Missing package claims must be submitted within 3–4 business days after the 12-business-day delivery period ends

  • Orders are internally scanned, weighed, and documented prior to shipment

  • Chargebacks filed against these terms may result in permanent loss of eligibility to shop with us again

These terms are presented clearly during checkout, in your confirmation email, and on our store. By completing your purchase, you accept these terms in full.
